Heaves Farm Veal is now available direct from our farm in 10kg mail-order mixed boxes.

The contents of each box may vary slightly - a 10kg box will contain approximately:

-Prime steaks - a mix of Fillet or Sirloin and Rump (1kg)
-Osso bucco (0.5kg)
-Roasting joints - 2-4 joints, a mix of Topside, Silverside and Brisket (3.5kg)
-Chops - between 2-4 (1kg)
-Casserole (1kg)
-Mince (2kg)
-Braising steak (1kg)

To enable us to offer this fresh from the farm, we are selling boxes on specified delivery dates every month and are currently taking orders for delivery on:

Friday 24th February 2012

*to UK mainland

The rosé veal will be matured for 10 days and cut and packed on the day before it’s delivered. It will be individually vacuum packed and delivered in an insulated box where it will keep fresh for up to 24 hours.

If you purchase a box, it is your responsibility to be able to take delivery on the specified day between 9am and 6pm. If you are not available to take delivery, the parcel will be destroyed and no refund will be provided.
