Heaves Farm Veal will feature on ITV's Countrywise Kitchen, Monday 8th August at 8pm on ITV 1.
Chef Mike Robinson and his film crew visited Heaves Farm last month, where Roger & Gary showed him round and demonstrated the welfare friendly conditions and specialist diet we use to rear their rose veal calves and produce top quality meat.
Mike cooked some Heaves Farm Veal Chops in Madeira and Red Wine Sauce.
