Radio 4 presenter and food journalist Sheila Dillon interviewed Roger and Gary for an article about rosé veal in the very first edition of the RSPCA’s Freedom Food magazine.


The article ‘The Real Veal’ explores the benefits of rosé veal production to the UK dairy industry and talks to several producers and suppliers of British rosé veal.


The Magazine is a brand new publication from the RSPCA and launched at the Real Food Festival on the May 8th.
