Heaves Farm Veal features in an article in this weeks Westmorland Gazette.
The Gazette’s food writer Gillian Cowburn interviewed Roger and Gary for a feature in the Food & Drink pages of the Gazette’s ‘Leisure’ pullout where she explores the facts about rosé veal and experiences the delights of trying it for herself.
