Monday 16th March sees Steadmans Butchers of Sedbergh running ‘Meat Matters’ at Sedbergh Village Hall.
‘Meat Matters’ is an evening of butchery and meat demonstrations as part of National Butchers Week & Bacon Connoisseurs Week (6th - 22nd March).
The event features; Cutting Demonstrations and Modern Cutting Methods, Merits of Traceability & Maturing of Beef, Meat & Meat Cuts, Benefits of Shopping Locally, Introduction of British Rose Veal (featuring our very own Heaves Farm Veal), and Cheap Cuts – More Time & Effort, and Tastings. It starts at 8pm and entry is free!
